By Renard Moreau, Fidel Salinas, a 27-year-old man from Donna, Texas, was charged with several counts of cyber stalking. Some sources have alleged that he made an attempt at computer hacking with the intentions of harassing a female victim. It is also alleged that Mr. Salinas is a member of the infamous hacktivist group, Anonymous. Last October, Mr. Salinas was found guilty by a grand jury in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas of violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
